SARA HARRISON has been working with groups in wilderness and urban settings for the past 15 years. Sara completed her undergraduate degree in criminology in 2003 at the University of Winnipeg, with a research focus on wilderness therapy. She refined her hard skills and completed her instructor certifications in canoeing, kayaking and mountaineering at the Canadian Outdoor Leadership Training Program. Sara is currently enrolled at the University of Manitoba in the Applied Counselling Program.
At MOMENTA Sara specializes in leading remote and urban therapeutic adventure programs, providing opportunities for participants to learn about themselves through positive risk taking. She has a special interest in creating safe spaces, relationship building, leadership development and behaviour management.

LISE BROWN has been working with youth for the past 16 years. Lise completed her Bachelor of Recreation in 2001 with a focus on youth and community development. She obtained her Masters of Social Work in 2007 through the University of Manitoba, where she studied wilderness therapy, program evaluation and co-occurring disorders.
At MOMENTA Lise facilitates groups with a focus on physical and emotional safety, fun, meaningful activity and group cohesion. Lise also offers individual support and counseling.
