MOMENTA experience discover grow delivers training for youth serving agencies, communities, crime prevention programs and outdoor educators. Workshops are provided at conferences and by request of organizations. A series of workshops can be booked together to create a staff training event. A half day workshop (2 to 4 hours) costs $400.00 + GST, this includes pre and post meetings, workshop development and implementation.
A full day workshop (5 to 8 hours) costs $750.00 + GST, this includes pre and post meetings, workshop development and implementation.

Join MOMENTA experience discover grow in an interactive workshop about developing positive relationships with youth and incorporating these concepts into everyday youth programming.
Managing Groups of Youth and Problem Solving Behaviour Issues
Learn how creating routine and setting clear expectations for youth behaviour can minimize distracting behaviours. When distracting behaviours do arise, learn strategies for staff and youth to resolve conflict and experience positive outcomes.
Program Planning and Best Practice for Youth Serving Agencies
Learn about the latest research and tools to develop youth programming that meets current best practices. Topics will include supervision, structure, program planning, delivery and evaluation.
Experiential Education and Facilitation

Games Leader
Join us for an action packed session. Learn how to plan and run a fun, safe and engaging games session for any age group. This workshop includes many new activities that need few supplies. A written description of activities taught will be provided.
Camp staff training
This training is perfect for people who are new to camp programming. We will cover programming. scheduling, daily operations and risk management. We will create a policy manual for your program based on content covered.
Expedition planning
This training is perfect for people who are new to expedition planning. We will cover planning and choosing a route, leadership, gear selection, menu planning and risk management.
