Connecting with Youth Remotely / Strategies to Create Meaningful Engagement with Clients Remotely:
This online course discusses how staff at youth-serving agencies can support youth from a distance. It explores how to help children and youth maintain their physical and mental health during a pandemic, and tips on engaging with them remotely in fun and meaningful ways. The workshop includes 3 videos, a written study guide, and a 60-90 minute Zoom call with a Momenta facilitator to discuss practical applications of course content as well as experience virtual activities in real time.

Preparing for Reopening:
This online course is designed to help youth-serving agencies prepare for a return to in-person service provision following reduced services or closure due to Covid-19 restrictions. With a focus on considering staff and clients’ physical safety and emotional needs, this course walks participants through various stages of reopening. Included are 3 videos, a written study guide, and a 60-90 minute Zoom call with a Momenta facilitator to review current provincial guidelines on reopening and discuss agency-specific considerations.

Coping Skills for Adults, Children & Youth:
This online course outlines coping strategies for adults, children and youth, with a particular focus on coping skills during a pandemic. Participants in the course will receive access to three videos, a study guide to encourage individual reflection, and a 60-90 minute Zoom call with a Momenta facilitator. During the Zoom call, the Momenta facilitator will check in with all participants, review the video content and study guide, facilitate an experiential team activity and answer any follow up questions.
